Refund Policy

1. Once we receive your return item(s) and is in acceptable return condition, a refund will be initiated, or the exchanged item(s) will be sent out. 

2. Please provide an explanation along with your "Order Number" and "Product Number" information. Additionally, kindly include a full-size photos of the product highlighting the defective or damaged area, and photos of the labels inside and outside the item. Our Customer Service team will promptly guide you through the return process for the affected product(s). Once we have verified and completed the return of the product(s), a refund will be issued accordingly.

3. Your refund will be issued through the same payment method you used for your purchase. Please note that the time it takes for your total refund amount to be reimbursed to your account may vary depending on your bank's payment processing policies, typically taking up to 15 days. In the case of payments made with debit cards, the refund processing time may extend up to 15-25 days.

4. Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 5% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.

5. For security reasons, the refund will only be processed to the original card from which the payment has been deducted.

6. The shipping costs are non-refundable, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

7. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank account again or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please reach out to our customer support.
